About Me

I’m Emmanuel Epau. Everyone calls me Emmy. I translate multi-platform analytics into decisions for mission-driven teams, the kind of organizations that care more about whether the work is working than whether the numbers are growing.

I run the analytics layer for a global Catholic ministry across 22 GA4 properties, Meta, YouTube, Search Console, and HubSpot. Turning the data into one clear thing to do next for 12+ stakeholders across IT, Marketing, and Leadership.

Most mission-driven teams are drowning in data and starving for insight. The dashboards get prettier; the decisions don’t get easier. My job is the “what does it mean and what should we do” layer that sits on top of the numbers. That’s what I write about. That’s what I do.

I pray. I read. I photograph the people I love. And I’m still figuring this whole thing out in public, which is why this site exists.
